Assignment Details
The Intraweb Project Management Tool is just that, a management tool. What makes this tool different is that it was created completely from scratch to service the needs of Malcolm Advertising.

About the Site:
The intranet features a customized project management solution. The Web application was designed to replace many of the archaic methods currently in place to manage staff, clients and projects.

Once a user provides credentials, they are presented with a listing of their job assignments, recently created jobs and a sampling of recently posted notes. They can view and search for jobs via the integrated search feature, or filter the main job listing by client, status or due date.

Each job can be related to an infinite number of employees who are given specific roles for that particular job. Job descriptions, Meeting notes, milestones and to-tasks are also maintained in the system. To-Do tasks and roles may be assigned to any employee along with email notifications to inform the employees that they have been assigned to a specific job or task. Clients may be designated an Account Executive so users can easily see which internal staff member is in charge of that particular client's work.
