Company History

TheoryThree Interactive, LLC was originally formed in 2003 by three coworkers collectively operating in a freelance capacity. During that time, the freelance group leveraged their collective expertise to secure and accomplished several high-profile web projects, including one for an international client as well as an e-commerce based company.

The group, then simply called "TheoryThree" disbanded shortly afterwards when the original members pursued careers at separate online advertising and marketing companies.

At that time, Dan Merfeld maintained TheoryThree Interactive, LLC as simply "TheoryThree" in name only, as a website to showcase his professional and personal portfolio materials online.

In 2007 Dan Merfeld reformed the company in the form of an LLC. Charged with a new purpose and focus, TheoryThree Interactive, LLC seeks to position itself as a leader in the interactive community with an emphasis in online marketing and a uniquely fresh approach to client service.
