I was pleasantly surprised this afternoon when a friend of mine emailed to congratulate me on the newly published article in In-Businesss Magazine which featured a write up on TheoryThree Interactive.
It has been over a month since I had the interview, and I had all but forgotten about it until today. I admit, I rushed out to the local bookstore to pick up a few copies (yes I bought a copy for my mom).
Jessica VanEgeren did an excellent job of condensing an hour-long ramble of mine into an interestingly readable set of quotations. Thanks Jessica, I owe you a keyboard.
I was also extremely happy to read the kind words from a person I really admire, Wes Grubbs. He has become a great supplier of advice and an even better friend. Thanks Wes.
And, at the risk of sounding like I've won some kind of award, I have to also thank Dana Lytle for his encouraging words as well. Dana was the guy who pushed me to take over Design Madison, which I think is safe to say started it all for me in Madison.
There, that's it. Possibly the shortest blog entry you'll ever see from me... unless you want me to tell you about the rock-star moment I had when the cute coffee girl caught me reading my own article... no? Okay. Are you sure? I could probably spin it into some kind of business lesson to make it applicable to the purpose of this blog? Still no? Okay, I can take a hint.

Thanks for the kind words. I appreciate all the support. There's no reason for this to get to my head, because it's just an article. But it's a nice promotion for the company, and it's always nice to hear kind words spoken about you from your friends.
Because of that, I'm really happy for the local exposure. Thanks again!
